You didn't mention which category you belong to and about your past college. So the factors considering for admission are more like category,btech college and iit or not. FIITJEE is considered as most renowned institution in terms of proving JEE coaching. They have good teaching faculty, cooperative members. They provide study materials and regularly take tests which helps you to cover your syllabus.

But what requires to crack this exam is your hard labour and self study. I would suggest you to give 5 to 6 hours to self study.

IIT Delhi offers merit cum means scholarships to students. For the first year the criteria is your All India Rank in JEE. The scholarships are renewed every year until you complete the course and you continue to fulfil the eligibility criteria. For being eligible for subsequent years of scholarship, your semester performance will be reviewed. And then IIT also offers free studentship to  10%  of the Candidates based on their means alone. So there are scholarships for students who want to study at IIT Delhi based on their merit and also based on their financial situation.
