Greetings.
As per the eligibility criteria, The candidates will have to satisfy at least one of the following two criteria for admission to IITs: The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalentexamination with an aggregate of at least 75% marks. For SC/ ST and PwD candidates, there is a relaxation of 10% as they need the aggregate of minimum 65% marks.
If you are eligiblr then you can easily apply.
You need to appear JEE Main Entrance Exam, After Qualify it you need to apply for JEE Advance thereafter AAT entrance exam conducted by IITs you need to apply.

For admission to architecture programme at IIT Roorkee or Kharagpur, you will have to first qualify in both the papers of JEE Advanced. Following it, you will become eligible to appear in JEE Advanced AAT 2019, the entrance exam for admission to B.Arch programme at IIT Roorkee and Kharagpur.

The cutoff varies year to year, It depends on various factor like total students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam etc. As per the previous year cutoff opening rank of IIT Roorkee was 129 & closing rank was 202 around for CSE branch as OBC Category.
Admission procedure for IIT is through CAT scores and based on cutoff percentile students are called for Group discussion and Personal interview. Based on rankings from cumulative scores students are allocated seats based on various parameters.

IIT Roorkee has NIMCET exams for the entrance of the candidates interested in doing MCA course and aimca course isnt available now, as far as the latest exams are concerned.
