Hello there,
You need to wait for the results to be declared by NTA, as of now, your percentile says that more than 25% people scored better than you did and only first 2,20,000 students get qualified for JEE adv., that means you are likely to qualify. But I suggest you to wait for the results to be declared.

Dear Pranav,
The basic IIT Roorkee Eligibility Criteria for the MBA is as follows -
1) You should have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline of Engineering or Technology. Though students having a master’s degree with first class or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized institution or university are also eligible.
2) The minimum qualifying marks required to be eligible for the IIT Roorkee MBA program for the general or OBC is at least 60% marks or CGPA of 6.00.
The minimum qualifying marks for other reserved category candidates is 55% or 5.50 CGPA.
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee obeys a three-stage process to pick the candidates for its MBA program. The Department of Management Studies (DoMS), IIT Roorkee accepts the CAT score for the first round of the selection process. Afterward, it conducts its own GD and Interview rounds under the admission process to the MBA program.
Though the cut off is based on the CAT percentile of a candidate the final selection is done on the basis of factors like - CAT percentile score, academic performance, GD and PI score, and also the professional experience (if any). CAT percentile is given 65% weightage in the final selection process, followed by Personal Interview with 20%, Group discussion with 10% and finally work experience with 5%.
The IIT Roorkee MBA cut off doesn't fluctuate a lot, but it is decided by the admission committee distinctly every year. This year too, it is anticipated to be around 95 and above as it is usually around 95+.
Though the minimum qualifying score to be eligible for admissions in IIT Roorkee is 94 percentile for the General candidates.
90+ for the OBC (Other Backward Classes).
82+ for the SC (Scheduled Castes).
74+ for the ST (Scheduled Tribes).
Department of Management Studies in IIT Roorkee provides a two-year full-time MBA Program which has only 95 seats to offer. The programme might cost you around Rs. 8 lakh (Fees Per Semester- 2 Lakh and other miscellaneous expenditure amounts to 2 Lakh. Total Fees amounts to 10 Lakh for full MBA with all facilities) and offers dual specialization in the areas of Information Technology, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Human Resource management. The average package of placed students from IIT Roorkee MBA program is 9.18 LPA.
Now if you wish to join IIT Roorkee for an MBA program, CAT is your way to go. You have to prepare very well if you want to score 95+, you have to keep a target and you have to practice in a smart way, for this if possible try to join Institute where you can get complete coaching.
Hope this helps and Good luck!
