You need to wait for the results to be declared by NTA, as of now, your percentile says that more than 25% people scored better than you did and only first 2,20,000 students get qualified for JEE adv., that means you are likely to qualify. But I suggest you to wait for the results to be declared.

The basic IIT Roorkee Eligibility Criteria for the MBA is as follows -
1) You should have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline of Engineering or Technology. Though students having a master’s degree with first class or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized institution or university are also eligible.
2) The minimum qualifying marks required to be eligible for the IIT Roorkee MBA program for the general or OBC is at least 60% marks or CGPA of 6.00.
The minimum qualifying marks for other reserved category candidates is 55% or 5.50 CGPA.
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee obeys a three-stage process to pick the candidates for its MBA program. The Department of Management Studies (DoMS), IIT Roorkee accepts the CAT score for the first round of the selection process.
