You can't change anything after freezing in registration. you should admission there IIT .Roorkee  is also good in comparison other iits.

there is no fresh registration for Spot Round in IIT.  you need to apply once and attend all the counseling to be eligible for spot round admission 

Yes as a policy all the IITs need medical certificate while admission. So it is sort of compulsory. Hope this answers your question.

IIM Kashipur. Among the IITs offering a MBA programme, Roorkee is generally not that preferred. When it comes to MBA, most IIMs will always score over an IIT unless its SJMSOM, VGSOM or DMS. Hence, I would say Kashipur is the way to go.

There are less chances of getting IIT Delhi or KGP in subsequent rounds.So i suggest you to freeze a seat in IIT Roorkee. You apply for Delhi and KGP in case you get a seat you can withdraw as well.
