IIIT Hyderabad is indeed one of the best college for placements in computer science field. however, you have not mentioned the NIT you are comparing with, but to give you a general Idea, IIIT - H is better than almost all of them except for the top 4-5

Now coming too NIT warangal the placement percentage was 98% and the highest package was offered by UBER of 39.5lac per annum.
