paying full fee is compulsory for iiit Hyderabad for a low income certified candidate we would have any fee waivers please help me and what is eligibility for entry in IIIT Hyderabad

Sudarshan kumar 8th Feb, 2020

Hi Laxmiganapathi,

To get admission there are only two eligibility criteria, they are:-

i> score 75% in PCM in Boards.

ii>score 99.99+ percentile in Jee Mains as the cutoff for IIIT Hyderabad comes under top colleges of Country and the seats are also very less(CSE-90,ECE-50,TOTAL=190 seats).

After scoring the marks you have to appear for the test conducted by the IIIT Hyderabad and after qualifying the test there will be a interview(which is formality).

Now about the Scholarship scheme. If your family income is less then 8 lpa, then the pass out students will give your fee to the college.

For more information about scholarship you can visit the below given scheme:-

Hope this will help, please feel free to ask if you have any further queries.

Thank You.

Divyyanaa Hazarika 6th Feb, 2020
Hello Aspirant,
It seems like you are curious regarding your admissions. However you have not mentioned about the course/stream/subject that you are interested in. Kindly mention about your preferred course. There are many good colleges in India offering good courses. Noticing your percentile, if you are a humanities student then you can definitely try for DU as it is very much prestigious. Good luck!
