Which college is best for Computer Science Engineering, IIIT-Hyderabad or NIT Warangal?? What are the differences in their course curriculum? Please compare Packages, Abroad study opportunities, Scope of Research, Internships, scholarships, etc...(I don't want any rankings)

Its ofcourse IIIIT Hyderabad. Its much advanced curriculum with much of recently add on course. You will get much more resuources and other facilities for study there. Its also have vast opportunities of research. And placement its incredible, even much better than many of IITs.
So, if you have options go for it without second thinking.
