Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana Examination
The Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) is an on-going National Program of Fellowship in Basic Sciences, initiated and funded by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, to attract exceptionally highly motivated students for pursuing basic science courses and research career in science.
As you have mentioned that you are a class 12 th student , so this means while filling up the KVPY form you would have opted the SX stream , You may note that unlike Class 11 KVPY SA , the KVPY SX stream gives you option to choose one subject from Maths and Biology and this option is being provided to you at the time of exam only, This option is also provided in both the sections separately also . in case you want to attempt maths in one and bio in the second section
You must also take a note that you are free to attempt both maths and biology in the paper, in such a case best out of the two would be considered
Now as you are mentioning that you are a PCM stream student , so I am assuming you don’t have knowledge of +1 +2 Biology so it would be best if you wholeheartedly prepare maths and attempt that only in the paper
Hope your doubts got resolved
Regards

Hello student,
Actually one may cannot find your KVPY roll number in self declaration form. If you forget your roll number in need not be wearing you can log in using your user id also in KVPY website to see also you can check your email or phone number because sometimes messages and notification comes from KVPY sides with the the respective roll number and user ID. Hope this will help you
Nope! Roll number and application number are the separate things. You will get the application number when you have applied for the examination. The application is equivalent to the registration number, so you have to use that and not the roll number of your admit card.

Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing well.
Students must develop a particular study plan in order to understand how to prepare for kvpy sx and other streams, as well as to assess their current level of preparedness. Examine some of the most efficient methods for preparing an excellent study regimen and then follow it blindly. Complete the Syllabus as soon as possible: Completing the syllabus as soon as possible will allow students to devote the greatest amount of time possible to revision. Consequently, students should complete the course curriculum as quickly as feasible. Make personal notes: Students are encouraged to keep personal notes on the subjects they've studied and to refer to this notebook on a regular basis for revision purposes. Remember to be consistent with your preparation: It is important to remember that consistency is essential. It is essential to study on a regular basis for at least 8-9 hours on a daily basis in order to pass the KVPY test. Set Clear Goals: Having a specific goal and accomplishing it will instil confidence in the kids and prepare them for the big day on the battlefield. They must establish lofty goals for themselves and put out their best efforts to accomplish them. Refer to the Finest Study Materials: Students are encouraged to prepare for the KVPY exam by consulting the best study materials available. This contains the NCERT textbooks and other reference materials (if required). They must fulfil the NCERT Class 10, 11, and 12 syllabuses, as well as the first-year undergrad course requirements. Analyze the degree of preparation: Students must take the KVPY sample exam and practise the question papers from prior years to determine their readiness. This will assist students in keeping track of the amount of time they have left to complete the exam. Analysis of the degree of preparation, identification of weak areas, and subsequent attention to those areas will all be extremely beneficial in the test preparation process.

Hello.
When you prepare for something it is not only necessary to cover the syllabus but practice is more important. You have to keep on practicing all the chapters that you have completed of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. As biology is a completely different subject that doesn't require you to practice any formulas ,you need to revise and learn it daily so as to jog your memory. Finally, even if your scores are not upto the mark in mock tests, keep on doing them as mock tests are the key to scoring good marks. Eventually, you'll learn by doing and can score your expected marks in KVPY Exam. All the best.
