I'm sorry to say but you can't do Bsc computer science without maths in DU
The eligibility criteria is You need minimum 60% marks in maths in 12th and for admission you have to also look for cut-offs In DU cut-offs are very high.

Yes, you are eligible to pursue B.A (Hons.) in Mathematics with PCM as subject combination at intermediate level . But make sure that you should have good marks (Min 50% or above) in 10+2 board exam , so that you will not be suffered with minimum eligibility criteria

No you can't do B. com Hons and BBA courses in DU without maths in class 12th. You should have maths as complusory subject in class 12th otherwise you can not apply or pursue these course in Delhi university.
