Yes , You can the most important thing is to understand the concept well and NCERT is the best book for it. Go through it thoroughly and sample papers will help you to understand the pattern. So it will surely help. Do practice previous question papers.

Examples in NCERT is mostly given in case of botany parts like in plant kingdom , plant morphology - anatomy , environmental biology etc . In zoology plant kingdom , biotechnology etc have examples . In all cases example given in NCERT is sufficient for NEET .

In order to get questions which appeared in NEET UG from chapter 1 of class 11th and 12th, you can refer to previous year question papers or books containing solved previous year question papers such as MTG's NCERT Fingertips, MTG's NEET Champion etc.,

Studying the NCERT thoroughly and solving and studying the in text questions is more than sufficient for you to secure above 60% or so. However, make sure your basic is strong and you understand the concepts properly.
