As of now Biology as an additional /optional subjectfrom NIOS are eligible for NEET, so going by this you would be eligible for NEET 2023. This is because, The eligibility of students with Biology as an additional / optional subject is in the supreme court but until it gives its judgement students, these students are eligible for neet

While filling the form one needs to fill her / her class 12 Roll number. Thus, you need to fill the Roll number which you have on your class 12th certificate and not the Roll number which you have on the certificate of single subject Biology additional.. During document verification you will have to carry both certificates .

Following is the eligibility criteria for JEE Mains:
There is no age limit.
You must have passed your class 12 exam in 2021 or 2022. Three consecutive attempts are allowed for JEE Main 2022 examination.
Students should have secured a minimum JEE Main 2022 qualifying score.
Candidates should have taken at least 5 subjects for the class 12 or qualifying exam (Physics, Chemistry, & Mathematics mandatory).
Following is the eligibility criteria for JEE Advanced:
The candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1997. However, SC, ST and PwD candidates will get a relaxation of 5 years (born on or after October 1, 1992).

You can definitely appear for NEET because for now the candidates having Biology as an additional subject are provisionally eligible for NEET UG subject to the verdict given by Hon'ble SC in due time. So as your result is awaited therefore you should use code 01 because you don't have your complete result till now.
To appear in NEET UG you need to satisfy some eligibility conditions :-
>>>>> You need to pass separately in theory as well as in practical of PCB.
>>>>> If you belongs to General/UR category then your aggregate of PCB (Theory + Practical) should be equal to or more than 50%(40% for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for PwD).

Yes, you can take admission in Science stream under NIOS Board, after passing from Maharashtra board based, on the marks you scored in class 10th . But you have to study from class 11th again if you wish to change your stream from Commerce to Science. So, you must study from class 11th once again in order to complete your class 12th from Science stream.

Yes, you are eligible for JEE Mains if you have passed from nios also . Students should have passed the 12th class or qualifying examination. Candidates appearing in 12th class or equivalent qualifying exams can also apply.
NIOS is a recognized board if you qualify on demand Mathematics examination from NIOS board yes you're eligible to appear in Jee main . Eligibility - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in Physics chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 75 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board.
