Integrated PhD s are available  in Iit IISC Bangalore,  Jnu, Indian institute of astrophysics, TISS  Mumbai, university of Hyderabad,  VIT university,  NBHM,ICT Mumbai.
And integrated PhD is less time consuming compared to regular phd.
