Hello aspirant,
At first, the minimum eligibility for a candidate is passing out class 12 from Council of Higher Secondary Examination, Odisha or its equivalent exams with about 50% marks. Cut offs vary every year depending on the no. Of applications, level of class 12th , and so on.
For the popular courses like Hindi or Political science, Cut offs generally remain above 94% in the first list, followed by the reduction of the marks in the consecutive lists. However, categories other than OC do enjoy relaxations and Gangagdhar University is a public institution.
Hope it was relevant. Good luck!
