In june 2023 i will complete my masters degree after that i want to take admission in b.ed then in du after m.a b.ed course is only for one year duration or two year duration for m.a degree student???

Moumoyee Chakraborty 28th Mar, 2022

Hey Aspirant

Teaching is a noble profession in India being among the most respected ones. People these days know the importance of education and want their children to be literate, and thus, have to rely upon people called ‘teachers’ for that purpose. However most of the students initially don’t at all like the teachers or their profession, by the time passes, the importance of teachers is understood. Bachelors of Education is a degree with 2 year duration which is a base towards employment as a teacher for primary, secondary or senior secondary levels in a school.

However the B.Ed degree is pursued after completion of bachelor's degree, but it can not be said to be a postgraduate degree. In the education profession, B.Ed is an undergraduate degree and those who wish to pursue masters in the same have to go for M.Ed , i.e. Masters in Education.

Hence B.Ed is of two years duration as its eligibility is

So even if you are a Master's student your duration remains the same.

Good luck!!!

I am a 11th class student and a NEET aspirent . I have sufficient study time . Is it necessary to go to extra coaching or tutions for phy chem and bio to get a good score if not ...please suggest me a effictive way of self study

keshav kumar 16th Feb, 2022

Hi Aspirant,

Hope you are doing great.

Yes, you can prepare for the NEET exam by yourself. But the basic requirement in doing so is discipline. You must stick to your routine to prepare in a better way.

First of all try to read and learn at least NCERT of biology, organic chemistry, and inorganic chemistry. Be thorough with the diagrams and their labelings in Biology because diagrams questions are generally scoring. Don’t depend upon others for one. Study daily and slowly because you are now in 11th standard. Don’t rush up with the portions. It is compulsory for you to solve 15 past years' NEET papers. Try to find out which is your weak area and work on it to make it strong or at least comfortable with that topic.

Hope this helps.

All the best.

With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that to be eligible for the GATE scholarship issued by the AICTE for GATE qualified candidates, the students must be pursuing a full-time PG program. This program should be one of these AICTE approved postgraduate courses: Master of Technology, Master of Engineering, Master of Pharmacy, and Master of Architecture.

The eligibility is : you must have a valid GATE score

Scholarship Amount : 12,400

Furthermore, it must be noted that : Post Graduate Scholarship is entitled only to those students who are admitted in the course with a valid GATE/GPAT score at the time of admission.

Any student who qualifies the GATE/GPAT exam after the date of admission shall not be eligible for grant of scholarship for the reasons whatsoever it may be.
