It is quite difficult to predict the expected dates as the prevailing situation is uncertain. JEE Main 2022 is expected to conducted in March, April, May and June. The application registration for JEE Main March session is expected to start in the last week of February 2022. However, this is not announced officially. If we go through the analysis of previous year's GATE score Vs College allotment than according to the GATE 2022 score mentioned by you in the query you have very less chances of getting any of the IITs with Chemical Engineering because their cut-offs are somewhere around 550-600+ score for General category so I would recommend you to go with some NITs or some private colleges in states like Andhra Pradesh , Telangana and some others because some private colleges also accept admission on the basis of GATE score.

Yes ,you can do BCA even if you don't have maths in your class 12th  and you are from arts

This is because ,

It is not mandatory to have maths in class 12th in order to be eligible for BCA

But yes,

In some colleges maths can be a mandatory subject in order to be eligible
