Depending on your interest you have to choose. Biotechnology is a technical course which leads in a different framework and Operation theatre and Anaesthesia technology lead in a different set up. Both the fields will need a Masters for a stable career. So you should be aware about your interest. If you want to study about this course then they will conduct their own entrance examination or some times take admission though merit based admission. For merit based they check your 12th marks. You have to Physics, chemistry and biology or mathematics ij your 12th class. You can directly go through their website or talk to via phone for admission. They will clear you all processe.
