Yes, it's absolutely possible to crack the JEE examinations in first attempt with regular schooling board in practice and moreover most of the students who have topped this national level entrance examination have carried out with their general schooling mode with along with their JEE preparations at the same time.
The key to achieve and balance both the syllabus at the same time is consistent discipline and a proper study schedule so that you can manage both the syllabus is accordingly. Here are some of the proper strategies which might help you to organise yourself in a better manner-
1. First, go to the entire syllabus of both your schooling as well as usually federations and make a list of all the chapters in common and the extra chapters which you need to cover for both the sections individually.
2. Now, once you have sorted out the entire syllabus and make a complete list of subjects and topics in it to to allot a proper time schedule to each of these chapters so that you do not miss out on any of the important chapters which might cost you in the real examination.
3. Make a habit of giving mock examinations of both full syllabus length as well as partial chapters so that you can get to know the level of questions asked and analyse your level of preparations at that stage.
Good Luck!!
