Hi dear candidate,
Yes, you can get admission in B.Tech 2nd year through lateral entry with either CUET or diploma merit in a private or government college. But you need to make sure that the specific college allows lateral admissions or not and also do check their policy regarding lateral entry as each institution has it's own requirement while the basic remains diploma in computers and CUET with relevant subjects for B.Tech along with marks above 50% aggregate.

Hello,
Scoring 219 out of 500 in CUET and belonging to the OBC category with Madhya Pradesh domicile it's gives you a chance for admission in BA LLB, especially in state-level universities and also in the private colleges that accept CUET scores. But you'll get admission depends on a few things:The cutoff marks set by the college/university were you're applying to, Your category (OBC) and state quota (MP domicile), The number of seats available in the BA LLB program at that institute, and the preference order you had selected.
If you're aiming for top central universities or national law schools, then this score might not be enough. But many state universities and private institutions keep their cutoffs lower, in later counselling rounds. I checked some MP-based universities last year and their cutoffs for OBC were around 200–240, depending on the college. Make sure you take part in the counselling rounds, keep documents ready, and stay updated with the seat allotment updates. If you don’t get into any university in the first round, you may still have a chance in the second or spot rounds, where cutoffs often go lower.

Dear Candidate,
You are not eligible to participate in the second round of the counselling if you did not participate in the first registered yourself in the first round as first phase of registration is mandatory. Only those candidates who completed the certificate verification and web options entry in the first round are eligible to participate in the second round. The second round of counselling is only for those who want to change their options or did not get their seat in first phase or want to upgrade their seat.

Yes, based on her AIR of 3424 in General and 970 in OBC category in JEE Main Paper 2 (B.Arch), your daughter has a good chance of getting admission in Architecture to MNIT Jaipur under the OBC category. In previous years, the closing ranks for OBC category at MNIT Jaipur for B.Arch have gone to around1500-1600, so a rank of 970 is comfortably at the lower part of that bracket. However, the final allotment will depend on yearly cutoffs, matrix of the seats and choices filled for JoSAA counseling. Check here for more information: MNIT jaipur

If you are asking about leftover seats for BA course admission then yes many colleges offer leftover or vacant seats after the main admission rounds finish when students don’t join or leave their seats then the college announces a spot round or open counselling where leftover seats are filled again if your name didn’t come in the earlier list or if you missed applying before then you can still apply in this round many colleges put the list of leftover BA seats on their notice board or website and then allow students to fill forms again sometimes they ask for CUET score and sometimes they just take 12th marks depending on whether the college is government or private you have to submit your documents again and choose your subject combination properly in this round sometimes reserved category seats also shift to general if no one comes to claim them so general students also get a chance in leftover seats this round usually happens in August or September and goes on till all seats are filled colleges don’t want any seat to stay empty so they keep giving chances in spot round or mop-up round you just have to keep checking the college website regularly or go and ask in person at the admission office some private colleges even call students who showed interest before so keep your number active and documents ready many students get seats this way because lots of students cancel or don’t join so their seat goes to the next one in line in open counselling you may also get a better college than before so if you didn’t get admission yet or you want to change your college or subject this is your best chance go to the college early with your 10th and 12th mark sheets your ID proof passport size photo and any caste or income certificate if you have and ask if BA seats are still available if yes then fill the form pay the fee and get your seat confirmed some colleges also take a printout of your previous application or CUET form so carry that too keep checking every day because seats go very fast and lists come suddenly so stay alert and don’t wait till the last day this is a good chance for you to still get admission in BA course through leftover seat process .
