Although its not quite clear about what you are asking but I have interpreted the question as "Are 11th std chapters important for CET". So then, MH CET is an exam which is  based upon three main subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. You need to have your 12th grade concepts absolutely clear and then appear for the exam. But for the 12th std chapters to be clear you need to understand the corresponding chapters of 11th Standard as well especially from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
