Yes, you are eligible for BPSC .

If you have passed your graduation (like B.Sc Agriculture) from a recognized university, you can apply for the BPSC exam.

Your 12th marks or subject-wise result (like failing in additional maths) does not affect your BPSC eligibility. The main requirement is a valid graduation degree.
