Yes, you can prepare for BPSC . Your 10th (69%) and 12th (66%) marks with first division are fine. Failing in additional Maths in 12th does not affect your eligibility, as long as your overall marks are passing.

During document verification, you should not face rejection if all your original certificates are valid.
