Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.

Now on such marks you have no chance to get any of the MBBS college through NEET score because on such marks and category you have not even qualified NEET 2020, as for General category the NEET 2020 qualifying cut-off was 147-720 marks in NEET 2020.
