• online choice filling-25thto30th june 2019
• choice locking- 29th to 30th june 2019
• choice locking by system- 30th june 2019
• 1st round seat allotment- 3rd july 2019
• payment of provisional admission fee- 4th to 7th july 2019
• 2nd round seat allotment- 9th july 2019
• fee payment (2nd round, for new allotment)- 10th to 11th july 2019
• 3rd round seat allotment- 13th july 2019
• fee payment(3rd round)- 15th to 17th july 2019
• physical reporting -th to 20th july 2019
• e-admission round closes- 20th july 2019

WBJEEB Decentralized Counselling of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will announce a Decentralized Counselling notification which is issued by the Department of Higher Education Science & Technology and Biotechnology, Govt. of W.B. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will conduct decentralized counselling for admission into Degree level Engineering & Technology courses in the eight Govt. and Private Colleges of W.B. in which the seats vacant after three rounds of e-counselling will be filled with this last counselling. It usually happens at the end of the 3rd round, after 1 week or so. This might be done at the end of July. But I suggest you to follow the official website where they will announce the date for this counselling.

The results of the exam will be published on the official website tentatively in the month of July, 2019. The students who wish to take admissions in the UG and PG courses can fill their choice according to their rank when the process of counselling begins. There are approximately 36,000 seats vacant in total for the board to allot the seats to candidates for the admission process. The process of registration for counselling, creating passwords and fee submission will begin tentatively in the month of July, 2019. Candidates can fill their choice during this period, and the automatic locking of choice will take place after the choice filling is done on a preassigned date, in the month of July, as decided by the board. This is the first stage of admission process.
