Hi

It's quite difficult to make  prediction as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges depends upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 349 marks your chances for Government Medical College is very low and even you may not get Government quota seat in private medical college

For example,

In neet 2019 , the lowest marks for ewa category under Gujarat state quota that got a Government quota seat in private medical college was 408 marks and it was for Zydus Medical College and Hospital, Dahod

With your marks you can get management quota seat in private medical/deemed college for which you can check your chances at

Thankyou

last year ews shared general category seats and all colleges did not have ews quota seats. this year 10% reservation is mandatory in all colleges
