In the bais of your marks the expected percentile and rank will be;
Your Overall Percentile is: 90.83 - 91.33
Your Predicted Rank is: 139796 - 171946

The allocation for all india quota seat was closed around 10000-13000 for general category in govt. Institutions. Even for OBC there will slight difference in cutoff. With this rank you have very tough chances to get a seat through all india quota.
