NIT Rourkela is one of the best NITs . But very sorry to inform you that even with OBC category 81.1 percentile is insufficient to get admission in any stream of engineering in NIT Rourkela . For home state OBC students the cut off for NIT Rourkela last year was approximately about 94-95 percentile or 40000 rank. If you are other state student for NIT Rourkela then you should target for 98 percentile .
