eamcet exam depends on both your eamcet score and board marks.

calculation is basically somewhat like this:

75%eamcet score+25%ipe(intermediate)

Since your intermediate score is excellent as you have mentioned, you can easily get a rank below 10k. with 95 percent in intermediate and 70 marks in eamcet, the rank could be approximately around 7000. Although it may vary based on the number of students too. Also you are BC-B category, so need not worry much. ALL THE BEST FOR THE RESULTS!
