Now only a few seats are allotted for TFW candidates, almost 5% seats of the sanctioned intake are reserved for TFW candidates. Now Computer science and Engineering being one of the most demanded branches, the cutoffs are quite higher. With 9674 rank in TFW there are very slim chances that you may get any college. You can expect Mechanical engineering in Dr. BC Roy Engineering college, any other branch except CSE in Asansol Engineering College, AEIE in Academy of Technology etc. Getting CSE with this rank might be difficult. Now this is based on previous few years' data and the cutoffs change every year. You can try with your General Merit Rank, there are more chances compared to TFW rank as seats are less in TFW.
