My suggestion would be at this Rank you get branches like Mechanical at IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur as well as Electronics at BHU, Instrumentation at KGP, Chemical at IITD and these maybe better options than the above.

However incase youre genuinely interested in Aerospace, IITB is great, incase youre genuinely inclined towards CSE, you may perhaps choose one of IIT Bhubaneshwar, Patna or Mandi.
