see after completing your bsc course in chemistry you may do master course in chemistry related subjects or interdisciplinary course like biotechnology, polymer chemistry, material science/ chemistry etc. however for master of pharmacy course, you need to pass 4 years bachelor in pharmacy and should appear in gpat exam.
now there is another option for you is, you may do mba course in pharmaceutical management, which has well career prospect in india, but if you are interested for high paying job you need to do the course in full time mode, many of the distance colleges have less placement opportunity for candidates.
