Hello dear aspirant

Yes you can go in both the fields of masters in data science as well as MCA.  Both are very good courses . Masters in data science is like a little specialised type of while MCA is advancement of BCA. If you are interested in data science you should go with it else with MCA.

And other than IITs , iiits are best for you . In private colleges you can go with college as per your convenience.
