If you are interested in doing research related to your field and subject then you should go with MSc but if you feel like you want to join the management jobs (ehich might not be related to your bachelors) then you should join MBA. These two fields are completely non-comparable. The scope and salary of MBA is definitely high. Scope of biotechnology is still increasing in India but in abroad, researchers are paid a good amount.
