Prashant, every country has its own Medical Licensing exam that you need to clear. For example, if complete your MD/MS in India, if we talk about US,  you cannot get a  job in the US right away. You need to clear the License Exam which is USMLE. There are 3 steps of USMLE and you need to clear USMLE to legally practise in India. Unless you clear USMLE, you cannot practise in the US. see you may surely go to abroad and may work as a surgeon, but this is a complex process, first of all to work in a foreign country you need to have visa and work permit, and every country has some recruitment process and licensing exam, so you also qualify for that exam, and it differs among countries, some times you need to do more courses to become eligible for any particular areas,
