There is no upgradation process in Mop up round. And those Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round 1 or Round 2 cannot participate in Mop up round. This round is for those Candidates who have not registered for Round 1 or Round 2 or those Candidates who have registered and not been allotted any seat. But if you have been allotted a seat in Round 2, you need to take it up. You cannot forfeit that seat without forfeiting your security deposit. Free exit and Upgradation are only possible in Round 1 and not in subsequent rounds.
