No, after completing MBBS in India you cannot take direct admission to any of the institute of Canada for MS. First of all you must apply for residency of Canada and you have to appear for certain exams like MCCEE, MCCQE-I and MCCQE-II. If you qualify these exams and get a residency of Canada, than only you are eligible to take admission in any of the university/college of Canada.

Note that there are very less number of seats reserved for International students in Canada so the competition will be tough.
