Hey Vijay,

You can change your branch by going in 2nd or 3rd round. Or you can also change your branch in 2nd year. The condition is you should score good on your semesters.

If I go for 2nd round of counseling and get my desired branch then do I have to again pay the seat acceptence fee and also do I have to once again submit the documents.
