Hello,

If you have taken admission in the college you were allotted seat in round 2 of AIQ counselling then you cannot exit the seat and you will not be eligible to participate in further rounds of counseling and State Counseling. The names of all candidates who have joined in round 2 of AIQ counselling will be sent to all state counseling authorities for this reason you cannot participate in state counselling. But if you exit and forfeit the fee without reporting to the college allotted in round 2 in AIQ counselling then you can participate in state counselling.
