Hii!
In order to become an IPS or IAS officer you need to clear the UPSC examination. For this, rhe eligibility criteria states that the candidate must have completed graduation degree in any relevant subject discipline from a recognised university. So, you need to complete your graduation first and then apply for the UPSC exam. There is no specifications for graduation, so you can do it from whichever field you have interest in.
