Inorder to apply for AIT Pune you need to take the JEE Exam seperately and apply for the AIT Pune counselling. Admission are on the basis of rank in JEE (Main) . In 12th you should have atleast of 75% in class 12th and 60%+ in PCM Domain. Below the link is given through which you can easily check the CSE cuttoff of AIT, Pune.
