It's better that if you are interested to know about the cut off for all India category or any other specific criteria, kindly do mention specific information regarding the college and the steam for which you are concerned about because there are several government colleges in India and each of them have a different cut off criteria for various categories so it's very difficult on my part to provide you any general solution.
