Yes,  you will get admission in DU for B-tech without jee mains because JEE only gives you entry to the colleges associated with it but different universities have different admission processes like DU have their own entrance exam to admission in Cluster Innovation Centre which is the only college under DU that offers a B-Tech course. You just need to clear the entrance test .

Yes obviously, you can take admission in Delhi University (DU) for B.Tech without appearing for JEE-Mains exam. DU conducts it's own entrance test for admission in B.Tech course which is provided by only one college of DU that is Cluster Innovation Center. Through JEE-Mains you can only take admission in institutes associated with JEE-Mains.
