Out all all the options, CSE (AI and data science) high scope and job posts are available. If you have skill to solve complex problems related to real life then you can get your dream job with good salary.

Cyber security and block chain is trending domain but job posts are less and getting a job as a fresher in that domain will be bit struggle work.

IoT and automation is easy post. You will get job but salary increase as per your performance. If you do project works in your 4 years of academic then you will learn how IoT works. Automation is also related to AI and data science. Basic works are associated with sensors but there are deep concepts too.

So as per highest salary  basis, AI and data science will b the best option. And you can get job options related to that domain even you are a fresher.
