As NITs are run by the government of India, their fee structures are inevitably lower than that of BITS. It makes NITs more accessible to a large chunk to students and BITS remains within the reach of the more well-off students.

Both are good options. It depends on your preference

NITs are government colleges and BITS, Pillani is a private college.

If we check the NIRF ranking then NIT Trichy is in 11th rank, NIT Rourkela is in 12th rank and BITS Pillani is in 16th rank.
