gate score varies year to year , college to college and subject to subject.

however for obc candidate gate score reqirement is slightly less than general category candidate. acording to your score you have less chances for iit bhu. you can apply in iit patna, jodhpur, gandhinagar, guwahati as there requirement of gate score is less than old iits.
