Yes. Students from A.P can gt into Anna University. All you need to do is to apply for TNEA examination. Score decent marks and attend the counselling. The cut offs for students from South are just as same as the the students in the city. i.e tge opening marks start from 80's and closing marks can get as close as 199.5.
