Delhi University admits students to various courses of Post graduation every year through entrance examination depending on your course of study in Under graduation. The application for PG admission should be given online so you can register yourself and fill out the details once the website opens for it. The time for application invitation is usually after the declaration of DU UG Exams. And has not yet announced.
