See, here you need to understand that in UP state only these two college's are better in case of Aeronautical / Aerospace domain. If you are really interested to take the branches among both these then you might can go with the option HINDUSTAN University or Sathyabama University , Chennai in Private Institution they are the best colleges to study both these branches and if you get a good rank in JEE mains / Advance then it will be good for you to take the Government Institution as well which are considered to be the top class among all the Institute's.
