Yes, there are medical colleges under IPU. The university has 4 medical colleges for MBBS programme, a dental college providing BDS, an Ayurveda college providing BAMS, a Yoga institution with BSc in Yoga and MSc in Yoga, and a Homoeopathic college that offers the BHMS programme. 

There are also three institutions that provide 25 MD and MS courses in modern medicine, while postdoctoral super speciality courses are provided in 12 sub-streams. Additionally, the school offers MD and MS Ayurveda courses in 5 Ayurveda fields.
