You should only pay the admission fee in the beginning. After you are eligible for BITS college you should fill up the application form and you can pay the fees per semester. If you have scored marks in the top 10% in your first year your will be considered for scholarship of waiver of fess fully or partially accordingly. You need not pay the fees at a single time but can pay in small amounts as per the conditions.
