You will be considered local of andhra Pradesh if you or your parents  are residing in this state for more than 10 years(you have domicile of andhra pradesh) and either of your parents are employees of state or central government or public sector corporation  local bodies recognized by state or central government .For admission under 85% state quota if you have done your schooling from Andhra Pradesh for minimum  4 consecutive years then you are eligible under ou region
