A rank of 84,000 in CRL is a low of a rank. Due to the competition increasing by the minute everyday, the need for scoring higher marks and scores keep increasing more and more. Hence, unfortunately you might not be able to get a branch like computer science in HBTU college.

However, since you have mentioned that your category is ews and there is  reservation, the chances of you getting into the university are higher. But branch wise you might be able to get Electrical and electronics engineering, Information echnology, Mechnical engineering etc.  Computer Science Engineering is a course that is very much in demand and much sought after course and the chances are low.  There are some other universities into which you have a good chance of getting into. Hence I would suggest you to apply for other universities too.
